Four Mismatched Guinomi Sake Cups — Cobalt Blue, Crackled Ivory, Marbled Grey, Oxblood Speckle

This set of four small sake cups (guinomi) is curated rather than matched — each cup a completely different glaze, color, and character, brought together as a one-of-each collection. One is a deep glossy cobalt blue with a rounded belly; one is a crackled ivory-cream glaze with a fine allover craquelure and a rough, sandy texture; one has a marbled grey-and-white surface with a matte, almost stone-like finish and a flared, faceted rim; and the last is a rich oxblood-red glaze mottled with dark brown-black breaking, with a pale rim where the glaze thins.

Each cup has its own footprint and proportions — no two share a mold or a maker's hand — making this a set for someone who wants variety in a sake or tea cup collection rather than uniformity.
