Kyo Ware

Kyo-yaki (京焼) is a refined ceramic tradition from Kyoto, known for its delicate forms, elegant colours and detailed hand-painted decoration. Unlike pottery defined by one particular clay or glaze, Kyo-yaki embraces various styles and techniques, often featuring seasonal flowers, landscapes and traditional Japanese motifs.

Each piece reflects Kyoto’s graceful artistic culture.
