Hagi Ware
Hagi-yaki (萩焼) is a traditional pottery from Yamaguchi Prefecture, celebrated for its soft, earthy colours and warm, tactile texture. Its subtly crackled glaze gradually absorbs tea and changes in tone through use—a transformation known as the “seven changes of Hagi.”
Simple forms, gentle irregularities and natural variations make each piece beautifully unique.
